Convergys, the second largest customer management service provider in the world, stands for fulfilling customer wishes with the best service and heart and soul. Individual approaches and a high level of empathy are the keywords that define the work of the company. Always in view, of course: Sales promotion and customer contact. In order to make the work of a customer consultant clear to outsiders and to show what really lies behind the job, we were allowed to take over the conception and implementation of the recruiting film. The result: great emotions meet interesting personalities.
The profession of client advisor is often not highly recognized in society. In order to convince the viewer of the opposite and to attract new employees, Convergy's employees were introduced on a personal level. The film was intended to arouse emotions and give the anonymous people at the other end of the telephone receiver a face. The goal: The viewer should lose his fear of the job and experience what it is for people who work in a call centre. With the emotional and interesting stories as well as individual backgrounds of the protagonists, the viewer succeeds in doing so in any case.
The backdrop of the film is an American dinner - a subliminal connection to the American company Convergys. In a relaxed and personal environment, away from the workplace, our editors were able to elicit emotional, real stories from the interviewees that show how passionate and fun Convergys employees are at work. All this in order to offer customers the best possible service.
The visual language of the film is characterized by great emotionality. Caused by the change of close-ups and totals as well as the completely different characters in front of the camera, an atmospheric mood is created, whereby the viewer can identify with the actor here and there. We use emotions to create impact.
